Transcripts

- This form must be filled out completely with all institutions to evaluate transcripts turned in before your file will be complete and transcripts will be evaluated.

- This form is used to decipher transfer in credits from other institutions once evaluated.

They are regularly used for more official uses such as reporting information to another college, agency, employer, or institution. The standard fee for official transcripts is $10.00. Parchment is a third-party company that collects the orders and payments (credit or debit cards are required). Transcripts are produced and distributed by Parchment after Âé¶¹´«Ã½ verifies student record information.

Unofficial Âé¶¹´«Ã½ Transcripts are free and available online. If you have already activated your ctcLink account, you can log into your to access the unofficial transcript under Academic Records. If you are a former student and you have not activated your ctcLink account, please email outgoingtranscripts@highline.edu with your ID number, name, birth date, and last 4 digits of SSN/TIN.
