Tuition Payment Options

  • February 13:  Priority group enrollment opens for ISP, TRIO, VA, WorkFirst, UMOJA, King County PromiseJuntosos, Access and Worker Retraining Students.
  • February 18: Registration opens for former students who attended Winter 2024 or later and who have completed 60 or more credits prior to Winter 2025
  • February 19: Registration opens for currently enrolled and former students who attended Winter 2024 or later and who have completed 45 to 59 credits prior to Winter 2025
  • February 20: Registration opens for currently enrolled and former students who attended Winter 2024 or later and who have completed 15 to 44.5 credits prior to Winter 2025
  • February 21: Registration opens for currently enrolled students who have completed less than 15 credits prior to Winter 2025 and former students. (Open registration for ELCAP students)
  • February 17: President's holiday
  • February 24: Registration opens for new students
  • March 17: Tuition due for Spring quarter
  • March 31: Spring quarter starts
  • April 2: Last day to add to most open classes without instructor permission
  • April 4: Last day to drop with 100% refund 
  • April 11: Last day to drop without a "W" grade on transcript for Winter quarter
  • April 11: Last day to add a class without a petition and late fee (unless otherwise posted in the schedule) 
  • April 14: Last day to request audit status with instructor permission
  • April 21: Last day to drop with a 40% refund
  • May 23: Last day to withdraw from a class with a “W” on transcript

  • Non-Instructional Day: College is open for regular hours but no classes are held. * May 2 & October 17: The college campus is closed to students to allow for professional development activities for all staff and faculty.
